Situated in New York and with Strawberry Fields reachable within 1.1 km, The Wallace Hotel features concierge services, non-smoking rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a bar. the staff, the comfort, the cleanliness, and the fireplace in the lobby. This was our first time visiting NYC, we were on honeymoon and the staff were very friendly and genuine. We got our room upgraded to celebrate the occasion. We will definitely come back to this hotel in future anniversaries, really enjoyed our stay.

The suite was charming with wonderful views. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchenette was lovely. The housekeeping staff was excellent and did our dishes each day! That was an unexpected treat. What was also over the top were the front door/ reception/ bell staff. We stay in a wide range of hotels and travel extensively. This was the best customer service I have received in literally years. I will definitely return to this hotel whenever I need to be in NYC.

The hotel was perfect for an unexpected evening in the city. They accommodated my reservation at the last minute, and remained very helpful and kind throughout my stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

The location was excellent, the rooms were super clean, the bed and the pillows super comfortable, the staff very helpful and the whole atmosphere of the hotel was very cosy. I will definitely stay there when I visit New York again! Even though I usually do not feel comfortable in hotel rooms, in the case of Lucerne I could stay for a whole month, it really felt as a second home!

Located in Columbus Circle’s Deutsche Bank Center, this hotel is a 2-minute walk from Central Park. The room's view was gorgeous to the central park and Hudson river.

Offering complimentary WiFi, the Riverside Tower Hotel is 805 metres from the American Museum of Natural History. This non-smoking property is 2.1 km from the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The location was great, stuff was nice.

Greeted by custom artwork, an original fireplace and a 1920’s elevator system in lobby, guests at this century-old hotel in Upper West Side will be 650 metres from the Central Park. It is my go to place when staying in the city!!!
